As some of you may already know, the construction of Trump Toronto is underway. Plans to add an additional two floors to already 68 level tower have been confirmed. The Tower is being built on Bay St. in the financial sector. The five star hotel will occupy the first 34 floors; purchasable properties will begin on the 35th. Prices starting at $900 000 Can for a 2,200 square foot condo. 7,000 square foot penthouses are the biggest properties available in The Tower.
